In its 17th year, the Bandera Honors Veterans celebration scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 9, in downtown Bandera may feature some differences in things like who makes the keynote speech, what patriotic music is provided and who takes part in the Veteran’s Day parade, but officials expect the event will display the same culture of pride and gratitude for the service veterans provided that it always has.
