Bandera Independent School District Chief Financial Officer Scott Tipton is taking a similar role in Pecos-Barstow-Toyah Independent School District, BISD said in a news release last week. Tipton came to Bandera ISD from the Bryan Independent School District as a middle school math teacher in 2004. He served as the vice-principal of Bandera Middle School from 2006 to 2009.
