If you want to see a Cajun Cowboy come to the Lakehills Civic Center on the last Saturday in September.
The 39th annual Medina Lake Cajun Festival on Saturday Sept. 28, created hundreds of Cajun Cowboys, Cajun Cowgirls and Cajun Cowkids who stopped by the center’s grounds to hear Cajun, Zydeco and Country and Western sounds from five bands.
Thanks to the work of more than 500 volunteers, the grounds were transformed into a slice of Louisiana, complete with Cajun culture in food and musical entertainment.
