Celestina “Sally” Rodriguez of Bandera passed away on March 22, 2021 in San Antonio. She was born in Boerne, Texas to father, Paul Algueseva Sr. and mother, Mary Ruth Algueseva on March 21, 1935. She married S. Joe Rodriguez on December 16, 1961.
