One of the strengths of the rodeo and bull riding industries is how willing a contestant is to help another.
A bull dogger unloading his horse at a rodeo discovers it injured its leg somehow and can’t run. Another bull dogger loans him his horse, loses to the guy he helped, who in turn splits his check. A bull rider’s truck breaks down and someone else backtracks 30 miles to go get him.
