At a special meeting of the City Council on January 11, the Bandera City Council approved a motion to retain the appeal process after an employee has been terminated in its Personnel Policy Manual.Upon the recommendation of the city’s attorney, HR and some council members to remove the appeal process after termination from the Bandera Personnel Policy Manual, discussion followed among council members.According to Mayor Suzanne Schauman, removing this policy from the manual would require an ordinance change.
