The Medina Community Library will host an Early Literacy Dinner for caregivers of younger children featuring a talk about ''quiet books'' by Misty DuValle on Thursday, Feb. 20. It will be held from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at the library, 13948 Highway 16 North in Medina. Those planning to attend are asked to sign up at the library. In addition, the Medina Wordsmiths will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the library from 4-5 p.m. It gives writers an opportunity to read and critique each-others'writings and improve their writing skills in the process.
