Tim and Kirsten (Kay) Saunders are local residents out in the Lakehills/Pipe Creek region. Tim had found himself semi-retired from a career in various professions including installing window tint and car alarms, while Kay was working at the Lakehills Dollar General. Fate intervened when one of Kay’s coworkers offered them surplus merchandise from a head shop out in Bexar County. Most prospective business owners would have shied away from the idea of opening a business in the midst of a pandemic.
