A press release from the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office states that a Nov. 1 welfare check turned into an officer-involved shooting in which a 68-year-old male succumbed to his wounds.“Today at approximately 10:53 am in Bandera County, a call came through our county dispatch 911 call center for an officer involved shooting,” read the release last Friday. “The individual who succumbed to his wounds was approximately 68 years old.
