The Bandera County Republican Women met on Tuesday, Feb. 7 for their monthly meeting and sowre in new Secretary Tiffany Bettinger and new Treasurer Sharon Striegl.The pair were sworn into office by Precinct Three Justice of the Peace Randy Boysen.The meeting was originally scheduled for Feb. 2 but postponed due to inclement weather.First Vice President Laura Briscoe called the meeting to order.The minutes for January’s meeting were approved, and the Treasurer’s Report will be presented at the March meeting.Membership Chairperson Melanie Burns reported the club had 26 paid memberships from the fall and three associate memberships.
