The Bandera County Retired Teachers Association (BCRTA) met on Wednesday to begin a new school year, and D’Anna Baucom from Association of Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA) spoke about the programs available to Texas retired educators.Of note was the discussion about the Medical Air Services Association benefits which provides medical transportation in country and overseas for participants.
