Special to the Bulletin Recherché Salon held a ribbon cutting sponsored by the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce earlier this month after opening its doors in Bandera in December. Owner Alex Trey is 31 years old, from Kingsville and graduated from O’Connor High School in Helotes in 2005. He studied creative writing and marketing at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. His first salon was named The Establishment, which he opened in December 2015 in Alamo Heights.
