Community and Schreiner University leaders gathered at Kerrville Airport on Nov. 10 for the official ribbon cutting for the new Aviation Program.The guests heard opening remarks from President Charlie Mc-Cormick, U.S. Aviation Director of Admissions Steve Kugler and Carl Davis, Director of Aviation Studies, who noted that “rewards will be huge” for students in the Aviation Program.“With the introduction of this program, the leadership at the University has made a major commitment to the hill country in providing another pathway to high-paying careers that may not have even been on the radar of students in the area until now,” Davis said.Also ...
