In the section where those individuals who are arrested and booked are listed, law enforcement entities are denoted by the following abbreviations: SO – Sheriff ’s Office; BTM – Bandera Town Marshal; DPS – Texas Department of Public Safety; PCT – Precinct/Constable; TPW – Texas Parks and Wildlife.

Jim Kimbro, 55, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 4 by SO on a warrant from an outside agency, released Sept. 6.

Domingo Guerra, 38, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 4 by SO for a failure to appear warrant, failure to register as a sex offender and a capias pro fine warrant.

Kena Rodriguez, 36, of Poteet, arrested Sept. 4 by SO for motion to revoke paorle, possession of a controlled substance.

Donald Plaugher, 46, of Smiley, arrested Sept. 6 by SO on criminal trespassing and a warrant from an outside agency, released Sept. 7.

James Sharp, 29, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept 6 for assault with bodily injury, released Sept. 7.

Bennie Fusilier, 59, of Lakehills, arrested Sept. 8 by SO for a traffic warrant.

Jeffrey Stienmetz, 49, of Lakehills, arrested Sept. 8 by SO for resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

James Faubion, 33, of Uvalde, was housed for Real County on Sept. 9.

Bryan Scott, 32, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 9 by SO for assault by contact, released Sept. 10.

Thomas Hall, 30, of Houston, arrested Sept. 10 for assault by bodily injury, released Sept. 10.

Michael Furgerson, 34, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 10 by SO for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two failure to appear warrants and violating a court order.

James Ramos, 37, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 10 by SO for possession of marijuana, released Sept. 10.

Zechiriah Jamie-Carson, 17, of Comfort, arrested Sept. 10 by SO for assault by contact, released Sept. 10.

Bradley Mace, 43, of Abilene, arrested Sept. 10 by SO for criminal mischief, released Sept. 10.

Ceasr Agular, 32, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 10 by BTM for disorderly conduct, released Sept. 11.

Daniel Padro, 30, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 10 by SO for two warrants from an outside agency and evading arrest with a vehicle, released Sept. 13.

Denise Miller, 62, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 11 by SO for a warrant from an outside agency, released Sept. 12.

Christopher Pearson, 31 of Lakehills, arrested Sept. 11 by SO for fictious license plate and three capias pro fine warrants, released Sept. 12.

Zachary Reynolds, 30, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 12 by SO for motion to revoke parole and theft of service.

Leslie Ramirez, 29, of Bandera, arrested Sept 12 by THP for a warrant from an outside agency, released Sept. 13.

Samantha Morgan, 31, of San Antonio, arrested Sept. 12 by SO for motion to revoke parole.

Billy Burns, 54, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 12 by BTM for a warrant from an outside agency.

Malcom Knghten, 37, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 12 by SO for criminal trespassing.

Cody Wisecarver, 40, of Bandera, arrested Sept. 13 on a detainer and bench warrant.

Christopher Rice, 17, of Pipe Creek, arrested Sept. 13 by So for reckless driving, released Sept. 14.
