The History Channel’s “American Pickers” will be filming throughout the state this October and is currently searching for rare and historically significant antiques.
The documentary series explores the world of antique “picking” on The History Channel and follows skilled pickers in the business, as they hunt for America’s most valuable antiques.
Producers told the Bulletin the show is excited to find historically significant or rare items in addition to unforgettable characters and their collections.
They added they hope to give historically significant objects a new lease on life while learning a thing or two about America’s past along the way.
