RE: COUNTY GOP HOLDS HEATED CONVENTION

After the incoming chair said a lot more than that. Take our liberal failing paper and go to a liberal town. You’ve posted to much crap. Sent a retractions to the individuals involved in your fake stories and then failed to print it. Do you really want your go there? Fake journalism should not be tolerated especially when it’s politically lopsided This story tells only one side of what truly happened at that meeting. Maybe journalists should print the entire truth. As far as the 30 resolutions, they were all submitted by one precinct that of the incoming chair. At no point did others present at the meeting get to read those resolutions, talk to one another about them and come to any form of agreement. They were read out, people were afforded to comment with uninformed pros or cons on what was just read and it went to a vote. Frankly I was appalled. That’s the real story not someone calling someone else something. Bye the way why did you leave out all that nastiness the two other individuals said about the individual you pointed out and not present a complete story? Journalism in America has taken a spiral downward.

Lastly and most importantly. It seems you left out all of the disenfranchised voters that were not allowed to vote because they showed up late. Apparently, they received emails from the new Bandera Political Action Committee (PAC) stating the meeting started at noon. Now while the the acting chair was striving to be fair and present a motion to allow them vote the incoming chairman’s wife and yes eventually he had a problem with that. A little more chaos ensued when a lawyer stated that wasn’t allowed and our fellow Bandera Republicans weren’t allowed to vote. And yes the incoming chair was striving to get seated a little earlier than scheduled. Nothing against him for that. BUT LET THE REAL PEOPLE OF BANDERA VOTE! Finally, my initial research indicates we could have voted on a motion to allow those that were late to vote. I’ll let you know when I solidify it.

Please review your potential misinformation. As to my direct knowledge John Mata WAS NOT the Sergeant at Arms. Please listen to me, I do not know the writer of this article, nor do I know if the writer of this article attended this meeting. In my opinion, this article is CNN or MSNBC material at best and does not reflect the entire truth and one MIGHT say it is written to protect a certain incoming chair. Again, my opinion but more informative of the truth than this article.

After a day of reflection and consideration. This should have been the Bandera Bulletins Headline to this event. 'MANY BANDERA GOP RESIDENCE WERE NOT PERMITTED TO VOTE AS THE INCOMING CHAIR MARK MILLER, HIS WIFE, AND AN BANDERA ATTORNEY FOUGHT TO PREVENT A MOTION TO THOSE ALLOW THEM TO VOTE IN A GOP MEETING. ADDITIONALLY, THEIR LATE ATTENDANCE APPEARS TO DUE TO A FAULTY MAIL FROM THE THE NEWLY FORMED BANDERA POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEE WHICH CITED THE START TIME AS THE MEETING AS 12 NOON.

Yep. that's a more informative accurate headline in y opinion. Personally, if I were an editor I'd look into who funded the incoming chair. Hey, Bandera, its first amendment time and all of my comments and opinions are what I personally observed. Are more left leaning individuals infiltrating Bandera? I can not be certain, but we all can be aware and vote accordingly.

Thank you for speaking the truth! We need more citizens like you, who sees what happens and repeats the actual truth! Thank you Sir! And yes your are correct precinct 204 presented 28 of those resolutions, and some of them so poorly written that they didn’t even receive a motion to vote! Incoming county chair and incoming precinct 204 chair did not even make a motion and a 2nd to pass their own resolutions! And yes you are correct on the poor disenfranchised voters that received an email from the Conservative PAC to show up at noon, because none of them (PAC people) have ever truly participated in a county convention so therefore the PAC didn’t understand that you have to attend your precinct convention to vote in your county convention! It was a pleasure to see new faces that engaged in the process in a positive light!
