LETTER TO THE EDITOR We would like to express our sincere thanks to some of the citizens of Bandera for their help on Sept. 15 and 16. While traveling from San Antonio back home to Andrews, we had car trouble and broke down. We were lucky to make it to the parking lot of CarQuest just to find it closed being that it was Sunday.
