The Bandera High School volleyball team has been performing very well, with a record of 17-12. The team won the Consolation Gold Division at Spikefest in Corpus Christi and also won the Sonora tournament earlier this year. Three of its members were named to the all-tournament team in Sonora, and one was named the tournament MVP. The team is 1-1 in district play, defeating Fredericksburg in the first round and losing to Boerne in the second round. The Lady Bulldogs are young but extremely talented and eager to succeed.
