Following their success in the April 7-8 28- 4A District track meet in Fredericksburg, the Bandera Bulldogs track and field team advanced to the April 16 Area track and field meet to be held in Wimberly. Qualifying girls varsity runners were Raelynn Butler, Trinity Butler, Morgan Cole, Hannah Edwards, Cailee Schroeder, Riley Smith and Breanna Stimmell. Eight Bulldog boys qualified for the upcoming Thursday upcoming meet. There were Braden Cox, Liam Demarchi, Felix Diaz, Logan Dybowski, Garret Meier, Tyler Moore, Ethan Rutherford and Gunnar Winkler.
