Debra Darlene Downing Weathers passed away Feb. 9, 2020 due to incredibly difficult events related to Lupus Nephites. Her determination was strong, but her body was weak, and now she has been released from the battle. She was born in Austin, Texas on Oct. 9, 1953 to Doug Downing and Nancy Reese Downing. After Nancy passed away, Doug married Mary Ann (Jones) Downing. Debbie was raised in Devine Texas, where she liked hanging out with friends, dancing to music and eating homemade Big Red ice cream.
