Six nonprofit organizations within the Bandera Electric service territory were recently awarded BEC Foundation grants for the first quarter of 2020, a news release earlier this month said. The organizations that received funding were Bandera Little League, the Medina Community Library, Medina Secondary School, Family & Literacy, Inc., Comfort Little League and Hill Country Samaritans.
