The Lakehills Civic Center announced this week the 41st Annual Medina Lake Cajun Festival was a great success and reached a record-breaking profit.With over 80 vendors, 5 bands, and what some call the best Cajun Food west of Louisiana, the Festival was well-attended by locals, as well as people from all over the world.The event raised over $65,000 in profit according to Linda Morris, Lakehills Community Center Treasurer.“This was an even better year than previous years as our volunteers and processes worked well and cohesively together to increase profitability to insure the financial health of this great local organization.
