The Medina Wolf Club had its annual Cabrito Barbeque on Sunday, October 4, at the Community Center in Medina.The proceeds from the barbeque and club membership fees go to support predator control in the area. A state trapper’s fees are paid from the funds raised.This year’s barbecue served over 350 people and was sold out.Barbeque cook John Bruce said, “This has been one of our best years. We sold completely out.”The plates consisted of cabrito, beef brisket or sausage with coleslaw and beans.
