Jayne Pope, chief executive officer for Hill Country Memorial in Fredericksburg, has announced the addition of Nikki Rivers, as chief clinical officer for the hospital. As chief clinical officer, Rivers will have executive level accountability for all in-patient clinical areas at the hospital, a news release from the hospital last week said..
