Three county-owned lots in the Wharton’s Dock area of Bandera County that are considered trash-strewn eyesores could be offered to the public for the cost of cleaning up the lots and paying applicable court fees if a legal process can be established to authorize that transfer.
Bandera County Commissioner Jody Rutherford, whose precinct includes the Wharton’s Dock area, brought up the proposal at commissioners’ Thursday, April 23, meeting.
