Carl J. Michel Jr., 81of Bandera, Tx, passed away peacefully at his home on April 13, 2024.

Douglas Martin “Doug” Jones, 82, passed away December 8, 2023, with his special love, Kathryn Loeffler and dear friend, Vic Cuppetilli by his side. He was born June 10, 1941 to Rufus and June Jones of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

William (Bill) Cullen Archer, 84, died Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Town and Country Nursing Home in Boerne TX, following a long bout with dementia / Alzheimer’s.

Anita Pearl (Reed) McMinn of Medina, Texas passed away on March 31, 2024, Easter. She was born to Andrew B. Reed and Tressie Edna (Seale) Reed on June 14, 1927, one of 5 children. 

Carl David Teague Sr., 83, of Bandera Texas went to his Lord and Savior on Sunday March 17, 2024. David was born Jan. 6, 1941, to parents Calvin George Teague and Octavia Genell Ward in Westfield Texas.

Louis A. Mack passed away peacefully at home in Bandera, Texas surrounded by his family on Feb. 25, 2024. He was 96 years old.

Esther Ruth Klein Everett, age 97 of Bandera, Tx passed from this life on March 22, 2024. She was born in Fredericksburg, Tx to Alfons and Meta Catharina Klein on Oct. 12, 1926. She married Jesse Allen Everett on July 10, 1946 in Fredericksburg, Tx.

Felix Matthew Fisher, 48, of San Antonio, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024, at his residence. 

Myron H. “Bud” Center Jr. died at his home near Bandera, Texas on Saturday, March 2, 2024. He was 92. Born in Cambridge, New York, on Jan. 3, 1932, he was the son of Myron H. and Ruth Center.

Lawrence Hilary Lindner, 94, of Bandera, Texas, passed away on March 2, 2024. He was born on Jan. 17, 1930, to Mary Rose (Ransleben) and Ernst Lindner in Kerr County on the Lindner Ranch.

Steven Robert Reeves, 51, of Bandera, TX returned to his Heavenly Father the morning of Thursday, February 29, 2024.

Robert “Bob” Steven Leinweber of Bandera (formally of Center Point) passed away on February 26, 2024 doing what he loved- fishing in his boat on Lake Amistad.

Johnnie “Carolyn” Cummins, born Jan. 2, 1943 in Three Rivers, Texas passed away Feb. 8 in San Antonio, Texas after battling many severe and debilitating health conditions.

Charles (Sonny) Linus Batto, Jr., of Bandera, passed away on Feb. 15, 2024, in Bandera at 90 years of age. He was born in San Antonio to Charles and Lydia (Ploch) on Aug. 21, 1933, and was later adopted by Hazele (Greiner). And he married Mary Ann Fisher on Oct. 9, 1957, at St. Gerard’s Catholic Church in San Antonio.

Bette Jo (Roberts) Koenig was born May 12, 1967, in Cuero, Texas and passed away Feb. 17, 2024, at her home in Bandera, Texas.

Patricia Ann Spratling was born Oct. 12, 1936 in Galveston, Texas to Esther Carlson Spratling and Charles Cecil Spratling. Her family moved to Houston when she was 7 years old, and she grew up near cousins and her fun and caring Aunts and Uncle, Ruth, Mary and Carl. Since her earliest childhood, Patsy was surrounded by all kinds of animals. Her backyard on Cason Street in West University Place boasted a huge chicken coop, where Patsy would spend hours each day with her feathered friends. Along with her pet chickens, Patsy also had a pet duck, a trusted and loyal Cocker Spaniel named Bill.
