LIBRARY HOSTS SOUR DOUGH CLASS
An anonymous donation from the Southwest Community Foundation funded sourdough baking classes at the Medina Community Library. Judy Strickland led two sessions at the Rodney Camp Pavilion, teaching patrons how to make and maintain sourdough starters. Attendees left with new skills and confidence to bake at home.
